One of my favorite things of all times to do is going on
vacations! I love to travel to new places and learn about the local culture. I
have been lucky enough to travel to various places in the states but also I
have been on a couple cruises visited the Bahamas and the Caribbean where I was
able to go zip lining through the jungle. I had an AMAZING opportunity to
go to London and see where our history started; being sort of a history buff
this was fascinating to me.
I’ve visited Paris where I was able to go to the Louvre, see
the Effile tower, and Notre Dame.
I also went to Barcelona were I saw the amazing architecture
of Antoni Gaudà and visited my first topless beach (which I did not partake in
but was extremely interesting). I loved every second of these great trips I
wish that I could travel the world.

My next vacation I have scheduled is this summer. My
boyfriend’s family and I are visiting Tybee Island (and island off the coast of
Savannah) for a week. We rented a house that is right on the beach, I am so
excited mainly to get away and relax. One thing that I cannot wait for is to lie
out on the beach and work on my tan but most of all I am excited for all of the
adventures that we can have. What I
really want to do is to go deep sea fishing and try to catch a shark or some
cool type of ocean fish.
In typical fashion of this blog I have to tell you my dream
vacation! One day I will travel to Greece and Italy. I think that the landscape and scenery is amazing
and I would love to learn about their culture and try their wine which I am
sure is FABULOUS! I think that it would be so much fun to take two or three
weeks and travel to all of the major cities in the country. I am hoping after I graduate this will be my
graduation present to myself and I will be able to travel… we will see if there
is one thing I have learned is you can’t plan that far ahead because life will
happen :)
That is so awesome. i have dreams of going to other countries as well. Australia in 2014 I also have cousin who is in other countries. I would love to give myself a trip as a vacation for a graduation present after I graduate as well! Love the pictures they are awesome!

ReplyDeleteI have to admire the adventure! I am so jealous. I have to ask...how was Spain? I mean beside the topless beach and art? That is probably #1 on my list of places to visit. I've heard great things.
ReplyDeleteSpain was amazing... it was a lot different the London and Paris... the culture was more predominate where in the other two cities the the history was the focal point... if that makes any scene.
